What Items Cannot Be Returned?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases. This applies to:
- Digital downloads: Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Made-to-order items: These are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or resold.
How Do I Return An Item?
We do not accept returns on digital downloads or made-to-order items. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
The Item Arrived Was Damaged. What Do I Do?
We understand that issues like lost or damaged packages can be frustrating. While we’re not liable for carrier-related issues, we’re happy to provide guidance on how to file a claim directly with the shipping provider. If you need help gathering the details for your claim, we’re here to assist.
What Is Your Return Period?
We only address return concerns if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. After this window, we may be unable to process any claims or offer assistance.
To start a claim, please provide the following:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging, including the shipping label and any visible damage
Important: We cannot take further action without this visual documentation. These photos are required to assess the issue and, if applicable, initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
